Ever wanted to convert your Hookah to a two hoser?  This will do it!!  Undo the air-exchange valve or one-way valve, take out the ball bearing and screw this converter on and you have a Two Hose Hookah!!  Very Cool!!!  Measures 1/2" on the outside and 3/8" on the inside.
